Well, A week has passed once more. Things are going pretty well. We moved out of the two hangers previously used for banner towing and went into a large corporate sized hanger. This will give us a lot of extra room for working on the banners (building, repairing, and maintaining). There is a lot of behind the scene work for this business.
By the way, I am currently tabling the job as a tour pilot until I get the hours needed for insurance. Time building has become an issue, although I am assured that it will not continue long like this; I need 25 hours of dual instruction for banner towing before venturing out on my own (insurance policy again), albeit it really makes sense because of the unusual flight “attitudes” (how the airplane is flown in relation to the horizon) predominately during banner “picks” (pick ups) and, to a lesser extent, in route (slow speeds). Anyway, as mentioned in a previous post, I have been waiting for my airplane to get fixed after an engine power issue. I should get more flying hours in over this next week… the engine will need to be broke in and hopefully training will commence. Till next week… or sooner, have a great summer.

p.s. Today (Monday) I just got to practice banner picks. Pretty cool and actually got a couple... then went on a loseing strike where it took me 40 min. of trying before catching the loop.
