This is a brief with recommendations for using our intelligence resources. These recommendations are outlined with national and global security being of foremost concern. Within the top 4 are issues with pronounced public opinion, thus, requiring action: economy, counterterrorism, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Further interests include immerging concerns – cyber-defense – in addition to long term, unresolved concerns: immigration, counter drugging, space defense, non-proliferation, and Africa.
